These Terms of Service govern access to and use of Alfa's website, applications, AI employees and related services. By accessing or using Alfa, you agree to these terms.

Service

Alfa provides AI employees that help with work such as writing, recruiting, design, video, voice, music, planning and coaching. Alfa may update, improve, suspend or discontinue features from time to time.

Separate agreements

If Alfa and a customer enter into a signed order form, master services agreement, data processing agreement or similar written agreement, that agreement controls to the extent it conflicts with these Terms.

Accounts

You must provide accurate account information, keep credentials secure and promptly notify Alfa of any unauthorised access. You are responsible for activity under your account and for users you invite to a workspace.

Customer content

You retain ownership of prompts, files, instructions, outputs and other content you submit to Alfa. You grant Alfa the rights needed to host, process, transmit, display and otherwise use customer content to provide, secure, support and improve the service. You represent that you have all rights and permissions required to submit customer content to Alfa.

Confidentiality

If either party receives non-public information from the other that should reasonably be understood to be confidential, the receiving party will use reasonable care to protect it and will use it only to perform under these Terms, except where disclosure is required by law or permitted in writing.

Acceptable use

AI outputs

AI outputs may be inaccurate, incomplete, offensive or unsuitable for your situation. You are responsible for reviewing, testing and approving outputs before relying on them, publishing them or using them in legal, financial, hiring, medical, security or other high-stakes contexts.

Third-party services

Alfa may integrate with or rely on third-party services, including AI model providers and infrastructure providers. Alfa is not responsible for third-party services outside Alfa's control, and those services may be subject to their own terms and policies.

Security and suspension

Alfa may suspend or restrict access if Alfa reasonably believes an account, workspace or use of the service violates these Terms, creates security risk, may harm Alfa or others, or may expose Alfa or others to liability.

Feedback

If you provide feedback, suggestions or ideas about Alfa, Alfa may use them without restriction or obligation to you.

Beta and preview features

Alfa may provide beta, experimental or preview features. Those features may be changed or withdrawn at any time and may be less reliable than generally available features.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Alfa is provided "as is" and "as available". Alfa will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost revenue, lost goodwill, lost data, business interruption or substitute services.

Indemnity

You will defend and indemnify Alfa against claims, losses, liabilities, damages, costs and expenses arising from your customer content, your use of Alfa, your violation of these Terms or your violation of law or third-party rights.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, unless a separate written agreement states otherwise.

Changes

Alfa may update these Terms from time to time. If changes are material, Alfa will take reasonable steps to notify users or customers before the changes take effect. Continued use of Alfa after the effective date means you accept the updated Terms.
